Soap & Clay strives to deliver our awesome soaps to our awesome customers as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. For in stock items, we guarantee that your order will be processed and will leave our facility within 72 hours of order acceptance. You will receive shipment notification once that occurs. Custom orders and backorders fall outside of this policy, however; we will contact you with a shipping timeline and estimate in these instances.
We are happy to provide ground shipping free of charge on all soap orders exceeding $75. For orders under $75, a flat rate $9.95 shipping charge will be added to your order total at checkout.
