Customer Satisfaction - Your happiness is our happiness! We're codependent like that. Should you have any problems with our products or offerings, we will work with you to resolve quickly and professionally.

Product Support - Using soap shouldn't be confusing! We aim to provide as much information as possible about our products before you place your order, but should any questions arise please don't hesitate to contact us!

Our Guarantee - We love our soap, and we want you to love our soap too! As such, we never ship subpar or untested products. Every bar, scrub, fizzy, and whip is made from high quality ingredients and is designed with all skin types in mind. Each batch undergoes rigorous testing to ensure cleansing power, moisturizing properties, ph level and scent/additive skin reactions. Payment Methods - We accept all major credit cards.

Discounts - Discounts are routinely available - make sure to sign up for our newsletter so you never miss out!

Returns & Exchanges - Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used products. If you received the wrong item from your order we will be happy exchange it for you, as long as it has not been used or unsealed. If you're unhappy with our product in any way, please reach out so we can work to resolve.

Will Calls & Refunds - For local Sudsers wishing to pick their products up at the shop, we are happy to oblige! We offer a will call selection in the order process, and will hold will call orders for three weeks. If you have not collected your order or made other arrangements in that timeframe, we will consider the order abandoned and will not issue refunds for any custom or limited edition products.

Product Substitutions - Our inventory is constantly changing, and the majority of our products are limited editions held through a month or a season. As such, from time to time an item that you ordered may be out of stock before the website has a chance to catch up with inventory. Unless otherwise directed, we will substitute the replacement product for the item in question.

Workshop and Class Refunds - We do not offer refunds for workshop and class no-shows. We can, at our discretion, work to get a workshop participant into another class. We strive to get everyone rescheduled when plans go sideways, so in most cases we will be able to do so.
